Children's Sports  
 
 
  • Upward Flag Football & Cheerleading: Flag Football and Cheerleading for children age 5 - 8th grade.
  • Upward Basketball & Cheerleading: Basketball and Cheerleading for children age 5 - 8th grade.
  • Upward Soccer: Soccer for children age 3 - 8th grade.
  • T-Ball/Coach-Pitch: T-ball is designed for kids three - four years old and Coach-Pitch is offered for five - nine year olds.
  • Crosstrainers: Crosstrainers is an action packed sports camp that is full of exercise and energy for elementary aged kids. We play and teach fundamentals for basic sports, have crazy group games, and exciting "themed" days that provide an opportunity for the kids to dress up and just be goofy.
  • Martial Arts: The Martial Arts sports program is designed for all elementary aged children. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday in the youth building from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.  50% less than other programs in town!

  • One day Events: These include Trinity Trot, Tampa Bay Rays games, Dodgeball Tournaments, Ping Pong Tournaments, Wiffle Ball Tournaments and Kick-ball Tournaments.
