  • This week's mission box supports Mommy Reads. Mommy Reads is a program that connects women in prison with their children through the simple process of reading a book. The books are recorded on an MP3 player which is sent to the children along with the book. The process is easy but the impact is HUGE.
  • Gainesville Community Ministry is in urgent need of volunteers one day a week for 2-3 hours. Opportunities include prayer partner, job search assistant, data entry, GED tutor, and sales clerk at the Thrift Shop. For details, call Jean Gough (372.8162)
